1 tablespoon Honey-Mustard
1/2 teaspoon of Salt
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
2  Tablespoons or 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Parsley for topping

To make 18 egg halves filled with yolk mix. Hard Boil 9 eggs. Peel & cut eggs lengthwise and put yolks into a mixing bowl. Put white shells onto a serving  plate. In the mixing bowl mash yolks with a fork until completely broken up. Add mayo, honey mustard, salt, pepper and shredded cheese. Blend thoroughly with an electric beater or by hand.
