Greens Peak Antenna Update

The Kachina repeater maintenance team made another trip up to Greens Peak on Sunday October 31, 2021 to replace a faulty repeater antenna with a better one. Many thanks to Ken Troxel, Doug Troxel NQ5G, Jim Mortensen W7AZY, Randy Beecroft W7RJB, and Marie Mortensen N7SKS for their efforts. Here are a few pictures. It looks cold and windy, but at least the snow isn’t flying yet!

Cheese Deviled eggs

1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Honey-Mustard
1/2 teaspoon of Salt
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
2  Tablespoons or 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Parsley for topping

To make 18 egg halves filled with yolk mix. Hard Boil 9 eggs. Peel & cut eggs lengthwise and put yolks into a mixing bowl. Put white shells onto a serving  plate. In the mixing bowl mash yolks with a fork until completely broken up. Add mayo, honey mustard, salt, pepper and shredded cheese. Blend thoroughly with an electric beater or by hand. Add a blob  of this mix into each egg half.  Shake dry parsley on top for texture and color. Chill in the fridge on serving plate for at least 30 minutes. Enjoy.
